    Overall I am pretty happy with them, but somethings are not great

    Overall I am pretty happy with them. They are very pretty. However, the fit is slightly off for me. the toes taper inwards pretty agressively on one side so thats rather uncomfertable at firt. But with some stretching the leather will adjust. There are some other things that I find somewhat 'meh'. The soles seem to be a very thin layer so only after 1wear the texture/grip is gone. And the buckle is nearly impossible to use (it is very stiff), which then subsequently damages the leather when trying to adjust it/put it off and on again. The top layer, that is the colour, seems to already bewearing off after afew go's. I hope that with shoe polish I can continue to make them look pretty though.

    Very very very very poor customer service

    The shoes are very nice but there was a significant delay in getting them delivered. It is nigh on impossible to contact FedEx,, manage shipping options had been switched off and CS made very little effort to assist. I won’t but this brand again.
